public interface RequestAdaptor

Adapts a requests coming from an external source to messages understood by the SAND application. How this is done varies with the adaptor implementation, so this interface defines no methods and is provided solely for class identification and documentation purposes.

RequestAdaptor responsibilities include:

• authentication: As an endpoint driver, the RequestAdaptor must determine who the user is.
• error return: Any errors must be translated and passed through in the request response.
